Many member states countries are rural based and situated making it unsafe and dangerous to carry investigation in the reserve localities. Role of the International Actors in Solving Conflicts The role played by these institutions is important. In a bid to gain confidence from the world citizenry, the actors must consolidate their development to efficient and credible institution that will act across international board. It is also paramount that such institutions must show impartiality in the conduct of their mandate.
